Tax Preparer
We are a local family-owned business with excellent work culture. We’re looking for people who are driven to make a difference and take pride in exceeding client expectations to join our team as a seasonal tax preparer, serving clients with diverse tax needs. Joining us as a Tax Professional means you’ll have access to advanced tax training and certification you’ll need to be successful.
What you’ll do…
- Conduct face-to-face tax interviews with clients
- Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
- Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
- Provide IRS audit support
- Support office priorities through teamwork and collaboration
What you’ll bring to the role…
- Ability to effectively communicate in person and in writing
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to meet all IRS and applicable state requirements and completion of required continuing education
- Enrolled Agent Certificate
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Accountant/Bookkeeper
Do you have a passion for numbers? helping people and solving problems? We are looking for a motivated accountant/bookkeeper.
What you’ll do…
- Conduct face-to-face tax interviews with clients
- Prepare payroll and file related payroll taxes
- Record monthly transactions
- Reconcile the Balance Sheet accounts
- Review and prepare Financial Statements
What you’ll bring to the role…
- Ability to effectively communicate in person and in writing
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Advance knowledge in QuickBooks online & Desktop
- High School Diploma or equivalent
